PANORAMA TOWERS

Panorama Towers is located at 4525 or 4575 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89103 and just west of the Las Vegas Strip and I-15. Panorama Towers are twin towers located next door to The Martin. These elegant aqua-blue glass twin towers stand 33 stories high with 635 units in each tower.

The Panorama Towers came about when Laurence Hallier (Hallier Properties) and Andrew Sasson (Light Group) were looking for modern style living that could be found in New York and Los Angeles here in Las Vegas, but could not find what they were looking for. They decided to create what they wanted, so in 2005 the construction began. The concept was to design a high-end living space, but be very close to the strip. Sasson initially labeled their creation “Las Vegas’ beachfront.” The architect was Klai Juba with M.J. Dean Construction, Inc. being the main contractor.

Panorama Towers offer a state-of-the-are fitness center, yoga and pilates studio, racquetball court, spa facilities with locker rooms, theater room, resident lounge, valet parking, concierge service, 24 hour security and conference room. Each unit has 10’ ceilings with windows that provide panoramic views of the strip and mountains. Square footage is between 753 and 3,414.
